PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Two cyclone-rated, fit-for-purpose hard-roof shade structures (each 4m × 6m / 24m²)
  • Year-round shade coverage (9am–5pm) over concrete play and seating areas
  • Full compliance including Building Permit, Occupancy Permit, and all Australian standards
  • 125mm thick concrete slabs formed flush with ground level
  • Complete handover documentation: as-constructed drawings, warranties, operation manuals, and conformance certificates
  • Site reinstatement and make-good works

  • 4m × 6m hard-roof shade structure with footings
  • Outdoor table settings + 2 × bins
  • 125mm concrete slab

Shade Structure 02 – Basketball Court

  • 4m × 6m hard-roof shade structure
  • 2 × aluminium park bench seats
  • 125mm concrete slab

This project provides durable, shaded recreational spaces for community use, built to withstand harsh conditions while meeting all regulatory and safety requirements.
