Design and construct 6m x 4m deck structure including electrical works.

PROJECT SCOPE

  • New Clotheslines

  • Window replacements

  • Replace window security mesh with crimsafe

  • Removal of corrugated iron wall in storeroom and enclose doorway

  • Deep clean, patch, repair and repaint all internal walls

  • Replace joinery in various areas

  • Replace flooring throughout

  • Installation of hooks and install hanging ghost netting

PROJECT SUCCESS

The project was completed to a high standard as per schedule and no extensions were required. There were no variations to the project. There were no onsite incidents nor non-conformances issued.
