Supply and Construction of cold room and freezer room panel system as provided drawings.

PROJECT SCOPE

  • Provide building permit and certifications

  • Provide fire system installation

  • Installation of refrigeration systems with minimum 30% safety factor added to system capacity

  • Supply concrete flooring throughout cold room and freezer room

  • Provide concrete cutting through existing slab to allow for loading ramp

  • Provide termite protection prior to concrete

  • Re installation of existing stairs from cold room to loading dock

  • Installation of internal lighting and refrigeration electrical circuit’s

  • Refrigeration condensing units to be installed above room within loading dock

PROJECT SUCCESS

The project was completed to a high standard as per schedule and no extensions were required. There were no variations to the project. There were no onsite incidents
